Calibrating
like a radio receiver, I am learning to calibrate my vibration (my thoughts and feeling) to the Gratitude frequency as often as possible.
By writing down the following statements, I activate within me, feelings of wellbeing and progression:- I feel thankful for being a great person
I love the creative process
I feel happy that I'm doing something I love
I love how my brain works
I love being healthy
I love being in a human body
I love my cells
I love what my cells know
I love being the feeling of wellness in my body
I really like knowing what I know about vibrations
I'm thankful that this feeling of gratitude is now my point of attraction
I love the feeling of connection and creation and intuitiveness
I love the feeling of receiving and alignment
I like the feeling of right place, right time
I love being me
