Celebrate

Slide image

I allowed it to happen

The things I have been asking for have arrived and it is delicious
I accept that they are mine
It came out of pure love, desire and want. I allowed it to happen

Inspired by concepts about receiving and celebrating

This illustration represents the moment of receiving what you've been working toward or hoping for—and actually allowing yourself to enjoy it.

The work explores a pattern where people struggle to accept good things when they arrive, either through imposter syndrome, guilt, or immediately pivoting to the next goal without pausing to appreciate what just happened.

Learning to genuinely accept and enjoy positive outcomes—"it is delicious"—is a separate skill from achieving them.

Many people deflect compliments, minimize achievements, or feel guilty about success.

When something good happens, do you allow yourself to fully enjoy it?

Or do you immediately minimize it, worry about losing it, or pivot to the next goal?

What are you celebrating?

This design explores receiving and celebrating what arrives.

Some wear it as a reminder to actually enjoy achievements rather than immediately chasing the next thing.

Others appreciate the permission to accept good things without guilt.

Available Formats: Hoodies, T-shirts, Mug, Canvas
