Get back to a good feeling place
Every time I feel anger, sorrow, disappointment, abandonment, that is my cue! Giving my attention to a subject to which my Source (the larger non-physical part of me) is not giving attention, causes a vibrational separation between my Source and me, which generates negative emotion. My Source knows not to add to the attraction of unwanted things. A bad feeling emotion is my guiding system to get back to a better feeling place, a place of gratitude no matter the circumstance, a place for attracting improvements in alignment with my Source

Are you able to trace your bad feelings to an underlying thought that is creating those feelings? Are you able to stop yourself from generating those counterproductive emotions? Are you able to get back to a better feeling each time? Keep practicing
