Everytime I knockout out a negative idea, I take a deep breath in and out and realise it takes nothing more than practise.

Notice when there are issues that are challenging, and try to keep a clear head. Rather than becoming an emotional mess as a result, feel peace and quiet, breathe, observe the issues but remain unphased in your mind.
