What is the reason for my current thoughts?
These thoughts I am thinking right now, how have they come about?

Have I been observing someone or something and now I'm reacting? .. or... Are my current thoughts ones I have raised by myself and now thinking them.

Going forward, I want more of the thoughts that I think, to be thoughts I'm thinking, because I decided to be a deliberate creator!
