I take cue when I start to feel a drain, I know there has been a vibrational separation between my Source and me; because I am giving attention to a subject which my Source (the larger non-physical part of me) is not giving attention to.
Source knows not to add to the attraction of unwanted things. The bad feeling emotion is is my cue to get back to a happy place
